About the Role

The Procurement Manager will work as part of the procurement team at ZT Systems. The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and renewal.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services from vendors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new vendors and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Professional ability to initiate and lead new engagement with vendors.
  • Professional ability on data management, analysis skill, and presentation skill.
  • Professional ability on conflict management to lead internal process to support greater good.
  • Professional ability on mentoring teammates and internal organization where it's applicable.
  • Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes.
  • Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is desirable.
