  • Comply with all company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Background in the signage industry with experience in sales, design, production, and installation.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred.
  • Supervisory/management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Emotional maturity and stability with the ability to handle complex communication issues.
