Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all client interactions to ensure seamless transactions by collaborating with real estate agents, processing teams, and underwriting personnel.
  • Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with potential business referral sources including real estate agents, construction professionals, banking associates, and the broader community.
  • Guide borrowers in comprehending the advantages and disadvantages of various loan options to ascertain the most suitable choice for their circumstances.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of loans in accordance with our operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, loan officers, title firms, legal representatives, or insurance agencies to compile and prepare all necessary documentation to meet underwriting criteria.

Required Qualifications

  • Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry is mandatory.
  • Outstanding decision-making capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Adherence to lending regulations, as well as bank underwriting standards and lending policies, is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related discipline is necessary.
  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines, and home equity lines of credit is expected.
