Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess incoming leads to ensure prompt appointment scheduling, enhancing the customer service experience.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly to provide accurate client information to the sales team.
  • Monitor performance targets and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to convert them into qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
  • Explore new business opportunities within your designated area.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software as part of the sales workflow.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
