Job Overview

Compensation:

$92,000 - $115,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all client interactions to ensure seamless transactions by collaborating with real estate agents, processing teams, and underwriting personnel.
  • Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with potential business referral sources including real estate professionals, builders, banking associates, and the broader community.
  • Guide borrowers in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various loan options to identify the most suitable choice for their needs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of loans in accordance with our operational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, loan officers, title companies, and insurance providers to collect and prepare all necessary documentation to meet underwriting criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
  • Demonstrated exceptional decision-making capabilities, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Compliance with lending regulations and adherence to bank underwriting policies is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related discipline is required.
  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and home equity lines of credit is preferred.
