Regional Manager with Convalescence Care and RD Expertise

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee the operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in convalescence care and RD, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of on-site personnel
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive optimal staff performance and timely completion of job duties
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
- Maintain positive relationships with other departments within the company
- Determine the strengths and weaknesses of individual employees and work on goal setting
- Handle and/or assist with all resident problems
- Audit resident files on a regular basis
- Maintain awareness of relevant laws and agency regulations
- Pursue marketing and leasing opportunities
- Review rental applications and lease documents
- Inspect properties for safety hazards and needed repairs
- Monitor preventative maintenance work and resident service requests
- Evaluate maintenance operations and make recommendations for improvements
- Implement and supervise the rent collection program
- Achieve budgeted NOI
- Assist with financial accounting reports and explanation of budget variances
- Monitor resident account receivables
- Review and complete monthly community report
- Provide final approval of payroll, reports, and property invoices
- Minimum of three years experience supervising others, preferably on-site
- Ability to manage finances and work within a budget
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-maker with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders if necessary
- Must be flexible to work after-hours in emergency situations
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and operational vehicle
- Minimum of five consecutive years of experience in Property Management or related experience
- Salesperson (Real Estate) license, in good standing
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience and industry designations
- Knowledge of Yardi Residential
