We utilize the latest diagnostic tools and advanced fabrication systems to provide a comprehensive range of services for transit buses, motorcoaches, and recreational vehicles. Additionally, we are at the forefront of the fully electric commercial vehicle market.

Role Summary: The Regional Manager of Product Services is tasked with delivering technical assistance, information, and training to our clientele across the Northwest states, including Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, West Montana, Western Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Preferred location for candidates is Washington state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance, information, and training to customers within the designated region.
  • Travel to various customer sites for product support and technical training sessions.
  • Act as a technical advisor and troubleshooter for inquiries, issues, and warranty matters related to our products.
  • Conduct investigations, analyses, and provide timely reports with conclusions and recommendations regarding customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Organize and lead regular training sessions for customers in the assigned region.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and service work on company products as needed.
  • Complete annual training requirements covering all aspects of our product offerings.
  • Ensure scheduled customer visits are conducted to provide necessary information and technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Formal training or experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of major coach systems, including HVAC and High Voltage AC and DC electrical systems.
  • Understanding of electrical schematics, commissioning software, and general Electric Vehicle architecture.
  • Mechanical expertise or experience with commercial vehicles and High Voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with major components such as Cummins, Detroit, Allison, Eberspächer, Carrier, and High Voltage Inverters.
  • Experience in shop or fleet management is required.
  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates without a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at the time of hire must fulfill DOT requirements to obtain a CDL class B license with passenger endorsement within sixty days of employment.

Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with customers, vendors, and coach builders.

Travel: Regular travel is required for this position.

Education & Experience:

A High School Diploma or a College degree in transportation, industrial, electrical, or engineering fields is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the transportation or electric vehicle sectors is preferred.

Technical Background: Experience in electrical and engineering technology is required, and a field service background is desirable.
