Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementation projects AMS, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Work closely with Business Product Owners to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and QA analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desired.
Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Experience of leading a team of 50 or more.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
