Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Soliant Health. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in providing occupational therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to meeting their needs.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both in group and one-on-one settings, utilizing your expertise to promote independence and skill development.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication with educators and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans, fostering a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist in adapting classroom environments to meet the needs of students with disabilities, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
