Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify their level of function and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify treatment plans and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Assist with quality metrics and analytics to drive process improvements and best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current state licensure as an occupational therapist.
- Three years of experience as an occupational therapist, or two years with a Doctorate degree, or completion of a HM or comparable Occupational Therapy Fellowship/Residency program.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
