Job Summary:

An Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment at JobRialto. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Clerical Tasks:

Providing exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence.

Data Entry:

Updating records, spreadsheets, and databases with accurate and timely information.

Scheduling:

Coordinating appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars to ensure seamless communication.

Office Supply Management:

Ordering and maintaining office supplies, as well as organizing inventory to optimize efficiency.

Support to Staff:

Assisting managers and staff with various administrative needs, such as preparing reports, handling paperwork, and organizing documents.

Customer Service:

Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate departments, and handling general inquiries with a positive attitude.

Basic Bookkeeping:

Managing expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll as needed.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
