Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all members and guests, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, aiming to encourage membership sign-ups.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and energy.
- Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the gym, including regular movement and arrangement of equipment.
- Facilitate sign-ups for introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and handle gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
