Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and food safety.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, and that our brand promise is delivered in every cup.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience.

  • Financial Management: Ability to review and analyze profit and loss statements, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Experience with cash handling and auditing procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
