Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Professional
- Lead month-end closing processes and daily financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations with precision and efficiency.
- Optimize departmental efficiency by implementing streamlined financial controls and processes to drive business growth.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Controller on strategic financial projects to drive business success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive financial accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
The Senior Financial Professional will be offered a competitive salary of $80,000-$85,000 depending on experience. This role is fully onsite and offers a pet-friendly office environment.
