About the Role:
As a Senior Software Solutions Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting prospective clients on their Digital Transformation journey. Your expertise in various application areas such as IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), XR (Extended Reality), Analytics, QMS (Quality Management Systems), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
2. Conduct remote and on-site discovery sessions to ascertain client requirements.
3. Design, configure, and integrate software demonstrations to illustrate how our solutions align with customer needs.
4. Utilize your domain knowledge to provide insights on our products, solutions, and services.
5. Analyze competitor offerings and articulate our unique differentiators.

Essential Functions:
- Prioritize and manage your workload to align with organizational goals.
- Adapt your approach and demeanor to meet the evolving demands of various situations.
- Embrace learning through experimentation, leveraging both successes and failures.
- Build trust through integrity and authenticity while engaging with diverse groups.
- Achieve results under challenging circumstances and foster partnerships to meet shared objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing and software.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% as needed.
- A genuine desire to collaborate with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with outcome-based selling methodologies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Deployment, Product Experience, or Application Development.
