Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry by developing cutting-edge expertise in Vehicle to Ecosystem (V2X) connected solutions. This role will work closely with other areas of practice in the Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electric (CASE) auto ecosystem to create value propositions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business strategies of customers, competitive landscape, and technology preferences. They will work as solution leaders for strategic business engagements, positioning the company as a 'Trusted Advisor' and 'Partner' with the customer.

The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for continuously scanning the market environment for white spaces and growth opportunities, identifying, validating, and building business cases for Intellectual Property. They will drive business growth by participating in responses to key RFPs and working with the Product Management team to evaluate partners and partner solutions.

Additionally, the role will involve participating in practice capability building, scouting for talent from the market, mentoring, and coaching them. The Senior Business Analyst will also participate in asset building and solution development strategies in-house.

Key qualifications for this role include automotive industry experience from OEM/Tier 1 with global brands, hands-on experience in telematics, vehicle connectivity, vehicle to consumer, vehicle to infrastructure, and/or smart cities. The ideal candidate will have provided leadership to at least one relevant program in the connected vehicle space and demonstrated ability to work at CX/VP levels in organizations.

They will also have a deep appreciation of technology, especially digital technologies such as AI-ML, Cloud, and be conversant with the start-up ecosystem in the automotive business. A recognized industry expert or established credentials, strong communication skills, and organizational building expertise are also essential for this role.

The Senior Business Analyst will join a team developing the next generation of V2X Connectivity/Vehicle to Ecosystem business solutions, drawing on state-of-the-art technologies including big data, mobility, cloud platforms, intelligent analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT), for solving business problems across product design, sales, and after-sales functions in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
