Position Overview:
The individual occupying this position will address critical data and analytical requests related to programs and service lines across various functional areas. Responsibilities include engaging in process enhancement initiatives (such as organization-wide data governance and standardized definition development), co-creating dashboards, reports, data files, and conducting financial and market analysis as required. This role will also serve as the liaison for Business Planning & Development with both Information Services and Marketing & Communications.
Qualifications:
Education:
1) A Bachelor’s degree in health management, business, statistics, data science, computer science/engineering, or a related field.
2) A Master’s degree in health administration or business administration is preferred.
Experience:
1) A minimum of five years of experience in data manipulation and visualization, research methodologies, applied statistics, and/or business intelligence solutions.
2) Proficiency in writing pro formas, business plans, etc.
3) Experience in compiling complex financial, clinical, and/or market analyses.
4) Familiarity with computer programming, database management, and systems integration is preferred.
5) Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1) Understanding of business intelligence solutions and dashboard development is preferred.
2) Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing and SQL-based database engines is preferred.
3) Ability to take initiative and apply effective project management skills.
4) Capability to work independently.

No specific licenses or certifications are required.
