We are seeking a skilled Solar Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nextracker. Based in the USA, this role involves managing payroll processes for employees located in the country using Workday payroll system, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls, working with ADP Smart compliance to ensure quarterly taxes are filed correctly, and handling payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will assist with year-end payroll processes, including reviewing and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy. Your expertise in international payroll and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will also be valuable assets in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in multi-state payroll and payroll tax. Experience with Workday payroll is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
