Job Title: Documentation and Technical Writer

As a key member of the My3Tech team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing documentation and training processes for the Basis2 water billing system. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, standardizing, and implementing documentation and training methodology, as well as creating comprehensive system documentation deliverables, training, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project teams to develop and implement documentation and training methodology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive system documentation deliverables
  • Design and develop training materials using MS Office products
  • Produce detailed documentation using MS Office products
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in project/program management and documentation
  • 5+ years' background in preparing training materials from project materials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analysis skills
  • Ability to produce documentation using MS Office products
  • 5+ years' previous technical writing experience on major projects
  • 1+ years' Basis2 system and training experience
  • 1+ years' water billing process experience
