Overview

The Talent Acquisition Support Analyst will oversee the comprehensive hiring processes aligned with the established service catalog and service level agreements (SLAs). Under direct supervision, this role is tasked with delivering standardized reporting and analytics for assigned work, utilizing necessary HR systems and tools to meet process requirements. This position, based in a global business services environment, demands a strong focus on process orientation, adherence to SLAs, and the ability to provide exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities Provide services in accordance with defined SLAs/KPIs while promoting operational efficiency and ongoing enhancements. Ensure consistent delivery of agreed-upon processes and maintain transaction tracking to monitor SLAs. Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements within the assigned area. Maintain a high standard of customer service and operational excellence, ensuring transactions are resolved efficiently and comply with all relevant legal, company, and process standards. Collaborate with the team to execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, focusing on process improvements. Represent technical, functional, and customer perspectives in decision-making, including database requirements and system integration. Manage escalations and take ownership of resolving issues effectively. Facilitate smooth onboarding, training, and the creation of process documentation and support materials for colleagues as required. Ensure the knowledge management platform is consistently updated.

Specific Role Activities:

Provide staffing support aligned with specific internal functional teams, aiming to fill open positions with qualified candidates while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA) and Time-to-Hire. Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle for each requisition, including facilitating Hiring Manager Intake Meetings to ensure service-level alignment and maintaining effective communication between candidates and the hiring team. Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates who have applied through online job postings, presenting a qualified candidate slate to the hiring team. Manage the feedback process to determine subsequent actions, striving to achieve consensus with managerial oversight when necessary. Collaborate with management to craft compelling offers for external hires, presenting final offers to candidates and negotiating as needed with managerial guidance. Develop and sustain productive relationships with various stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partners, to foster ongoing communication and achieve high-quality results. Educate clients on staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection. Over time, develop the ability to effectively represent PepsiCo as a preferred employer, articulating the company's Employment Value Proposition and providing insights into its portfolio, culture, leadership model, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Experience in HR Shared Services processes and SLA management. Familiarity with service management and ticket management systems. Strong customer orientation. Expertise in process management and continuous improvement, focusing on optimization and productivity.
