Position Overview

The Financial Analyst II - Collections plays a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of accounts receivable in accordance with established terms and departmental targets.
  • Administer a substantial portfolio that includes premier Agents or Direct Sales.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of standard operating procedures for significant accounts.
  • Engage in performance reviews with financial services leadership to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports to track performance metrics, including overdue accounts, total balances, and aging analysis of agents.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the financial services supervisor and team members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as necessary.
