The Financial Analyst II - Collections plays a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of accounts receivable in accordance with established terms and departmental targets.
- Administer a substantial portfolio that includes premier Agents or Direct Sales.
- Contribute to the development and revision of standard operating procedures for significant accounts.
- Engage in performance reviews with financial services leadership to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports to track performance metrics, including overdue accounts, total balances, and aging analysis of agents.
- Provide essential administrative support to the financial services supervisor and team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours as necessary.
