Job Summary

The Bottler Funding Accounting Operations Assistant Analyst is a key role within PepsiCo, responsible for preparing the Topline Funding report each period, billing and collecting from various brand teams, and managing invoice summaries. This position is the primary Bottler Funding contact for PLP (Lipton).

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Retrieve Topline report weekly and format for analytics.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices for period brand funding activity on the Topline report (Internal and External Funders).
  • Funding Management: Create and manage funding Invoice Summary (Funding Accounts Receivable).
  • Aging Report: Create Aging detail report.
  • Journal Entries: Process JEs in S4 HANA.
  • Billing and Collection: Manage all billing and collection activity for PLP.
  • Cyber Tactic Programs: Communicate, monitor & scorecard Cyber tactic programs.
  • Brand Rejection File: Manage brand rejection file, communicate to PBC's Divisions and corresponding Journal Entries.
  • Funding Support: Assist the PBC Divisions with all funding related questions.
  • Local Funding: Assist team with Local Funding billing and collection as needed.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile and manage account receivable account(s).
  • Intercompany Allocation: Partner with the Intercompany team to allocate unapplied cash.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $76,500. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Accounting a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritization of multiple tasks, strong organization skills, detailed oriented.
  • Conflict Resolution: Able to resolve conflicts/discrepancies positively and professionally.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated.
  • Time Management: Work well under time deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel knowledge, i.e., use of VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions.
  • Trade Promotion Management: Experience in using Trade Promotion Management (TPM) a plus.
