Bookkeeper-Center Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper-Center Payroll to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As a key member of our business office, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with accounts receivable, imprest account, and resident trust account processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process information according to predetermined deadlines and ensure timely submission to Corporate.
- Interface with the Administrator, Business Office Manager, Regional Business Office Coordinator, and corporate support personnel to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- High school degree or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years experience in business office procedures.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply departmental procedures and handle confidential information.
