Clinical Duties:

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including tooth decay, gum disease, and oral infections.

• Perform routine dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.

• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure seamless patient care.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Administrative Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

• Manage patient charts and records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Dental Medicine/Surgery.

• Active license to practice dentistry in Rhode Island.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
