Family Medicine Specialist

Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Provider to join our team at the Capitol Hill Clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a weekday outpatient primary care clinic serving a culturally diverse patient population.
As a Family Medicine Provider, you will lead a team of a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant to provide quality care regardless of the patient's ability to pay.
You will collaborate with integrated behavioral health clinicians, specialists, community health advocates, other providers, and medical leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.
The clinic has recently expanded to increase patient access in the heart of Providence, RI, and we offer a rewarding opportunity to practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
- For Family Physician, BC-BE, with an interest in community health and patient-centered care
- For Family Nurse Practitioner; RN and Family Nurse Practitioner training from accredited college or university; 5 years of primary care FNP experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care
- Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Bilingual and multi-cultural skills highly valued but not required.
