In this role, you will analyze customer interactions with our web portal to optimize conversion rates, explore our broader engagement funnel, and collaborate across multiple teams to extract meaningful insights from data.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer interactions on our web portal, focusing on conversion optimization, customer behavior insights, and engagement metrics.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights for stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience working with complex datasets
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail, coupled with a strong sense of thoroughness perseverance
  • Committed to investigating anomalies with precision to ensure data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in problem-solving and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years in an analytical role, preferably with a focus on web analytics and customer engagement
  • 3+ years with SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • 1+ years with Python and Pandas for data analysis
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and React, with the ability to understand front-end architecture and collaborate with developers
