Position Summary
K2 Staffing is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager with expertise in the furniture or bedding industry. This role is essential for maintaining and expanding our client's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's product offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prominent furniture retailers, driving sales and ensuring product placement within your designated area.
- Manage and enhance existing partnerships with both national and regional furniture retailers.
- Employ analytical skills to assess account performance, adapt strategies, and promote consistent growth.
- Collaborate with production staff, technical teams, and management to address customer challenges.
- Compile weekly call and sales reports.
- Conduct monthly and annual territory evaluations to support strategic discussions with the Sales Manager.
- Learn and effectively utilize SAP software.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful business-to-business experience.
- A proactive approach to building relationships and driving results.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management within the home décor or furniture industry.
- Established connections within the furniture retail market.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building and negotiation.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with retailers and attend trade shows.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for growth opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
