- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, educating customers on available options and promoting financial solutions

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service and sales experience
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets
- Thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns and promotions
- Previous supervisory experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish, Hindi, or Urdu
