Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
  • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch operations
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, educating customers on available options and promoting financial solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, participating in sales campaigns and promotions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Experience in participating in sales campaigns and promotions
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish, Hindi, or Urdu
