Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

  • Duties:
    • Diagnostics and repair of heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and pickups.
    • Working on various heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and pickups.
    • Compile detailed work orders upon completion of repair.
    • Field repairs and in-shop repairs.
    • Preventative maintenance (oil changes, greasing, power washing).
    • Hydraulic, cylinder, pump, and valve rebuilds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
    • High School diploma.
    • 4+ years experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.
    • Ability to diagnose and repair.
    • Fabrication, welding, and cutting skills.
    • Ability to operate the equipment.
    • Ability to perform Cat ET diagnostics.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Willingness to work long hours and travel during the week.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to take direction and take initiative.
