Datacenter Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Datacenter Engineer to join our growing team within infrastructure operations at Insight Global. A typical day in this role involves troubleshooting and repairing servers with hardware and network issues.

The main responsibilities of the position involve hardware diagnostic and replacement of failed components. The Technician will be responsible for utilizing a ticketing system to perform incident management of servers and networking equipment, including project work and capacity management.

Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of IT support experience, preferably in hardware or cabling. Knowledge of Operating Systems, particularly Linux, is also a must. Additionally, the ability to problem solve individually and work in a production environment is essential.

A competitive estimated salary for this position is $26.73 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
