Key Responsibilities: This role entails:
- Promoting the Hilti brand and selling our products and services.
- Consulting with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store environment.
- Managing inventory, sales documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining the customer database and engaging directly with walk-in clients and local team members daily.
The successful candidate will ensure total customer satisfaction and promote the Hilti brand through effective operations and sales strategies.

Compensation and Benefits: Our Sales Account Representatives receive a competitive base salary of $46,500, with potential bonuses of up to 11.5% based on sales performance. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, and education.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A drive to cultivate strong and sustainable customer relationships.
Willingness to relocate within 18-24 months is essential. After successfully completing the Hilti Store Representative Development Program, candidates may be required to move as part of our global sales and marketing organization.
