Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Waterco of the Central States, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and best practices.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a sales or marketing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
