  • Accurately take and serve beverage orders, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to guest preferences and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by measuring drinks accurately and checking customer identification to verify age requirements.
  • Efficiently process payments through the POS system while maintaining accurate records of drink orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including collecting used glassware and ensuring all workspaces are tidy and stocked.
  • Assist guests in selecting beverages, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and salesmanship.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly to guests within your designated area.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and compliant environment by adhering to health regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Successful completion of the Bartenders Qualification Assessment Test is required.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes is essential.
