About the Role

As a key member of our Investor Relations and Capital Raising team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and investment decisions. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about real estate private equity and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare investor communications, including quarterly reporting, notifications, and incoming requests/inquiry templates, in collaboration with our Finance, Asset Management, and Investment Teams.
  • Create financial analyses, including cash flow projections and fund-level calculations, to support our investment decisions.
  • Liaise with our Data Analytics team to increase reporting efficiencies, standardize and validate reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and industry competitive landscape information to develop strategic deliverables that drive our business forward.
  • Support capital raising activities, including preparation, proofreading, and formatting of marketing materials, offering memorandums, and flash reports for existing and new vehicles.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers, including legal counsel and placement agents, to execute capital raising activities.
  • Collaborate with business leads to prepare, proofread, and format internal and external presentations that showcase our investment opportunities.
  • Manage capital raising datarooms, including file and contact management, to ensure seamless execution of our capital raising activities.
  • Maintain investor information, meeting notes, and documentation within our internal CRM database and investor portal.
  • Monitor databases and research to develop and maintain investor and market intelligence, and curate briefing materials for investor calls and meetings.
  • Provide oversight for annual investor conferences and general investor meetings, including preparing presentation materials and meeting execution.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience, preferably within an investor relations, fund accounting, or fund management capacity at a real estate, alternative investment, placement agent, or investment consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience interfacing with institutional and/or retail investors.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Investran, preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency with investment metrics and data analysis.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
