Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Gap Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our brand's products and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering style and outfit suggestions.
  • Locate merchandise efficiently using various methods and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs and leveraging omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back of house processes as required.
  • Courteously and responsively handle internal and external requests, exchanges, and verifies job-related information to provide support.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and team members to meet goals.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and taking action as required.
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems and learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Hourly Range: $18.00 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
