Job Overview

The TD&I Cable Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and team management. They will collaborate closely with the CFO and other senior executives to ensure seamless integration during mergers and acquisitions, enhance employee engagement, and lead the HR team in delivering exceptional services.

The HR Director will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems that support the company's strategic objectives. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and develop and maintain an effective performance management system.

The HR Director will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization. They will foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. They will have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, and exceptional leadership and team management skills.

The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. They will implement effective succession planning and talent development programs, and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

The HR Director will also be responsible for developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and market trends. They will ensure the effective administration of payroll, benefits, and employee rewards programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically and execute tactically, and be proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Director will report to the CFO and will be a key member of the senior leadership team. They will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and insights to the executive team, and will work closely with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
