Job Summary:

Falcon Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of construction projects in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of health and safety project plans.
  • Oversee the construction process on-site.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors.
  • Track the total cost of materials and payments for work performed.
  • Collaborate with government inspectors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor the construction process to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure quality preservation during construction and adherence to budget.
  • Conduct weekly site safety meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Ability to travel coast to coast to supervise various construction projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Procore is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills for internal client education.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic hand tools for odd jobs.

Physical Requirements:

Extensive traveling may be required. Ability to move around the job site as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
