Job Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent

BYLD Inc is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the management and coordination of construction projects.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Construction Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site, including supervising work crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that construction meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Support communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Work closely with construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan.
  • Assist in ensuring that safety regulations and protocols are followed on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in a related role such as a project coordinator or site supervisor.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: $70,000 - $87,000 (commensurate with experience)
