The Senior Sales Executive at Calpion/Plutus Health will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and securing new software SaaS sales within the realms of ABA Practice Management, Billing, RCM, and Data Collection - Clinical Software.
We are in search of dynamic individuals who possess a proven track record in:
- Generating new business opportunities through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
- Articulating the value propositions of Calpion/Plutus Health's Data Collection, Practice Management, Billing, and RCM solutions to potential clients via phone communications.
- Efficiently managing all contacts and leads within Salesforce to ensure accurate processing of opportunities.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline, opportunities, and coordinating sales activities to maximize effectiveness.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Expertise in identifying and closing sales opportunities for SaaS-based software in the Behavioral Health sector.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in autism, ABA-related sales, or sales development.
- At least 3 years of experience in selling ABA Practice Management and Clinical Software.
- Clinical experience in ABA, such as RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA, is advantageous.
