Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting online inspections and verifying control parameters according to procedures and instructions for production, filling, and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online inspections and verify control parameters according to procedures and instructions for production, filling, and packaging processes.
- Record results of inspections, including weigh-up, filling temperature, packaging material, product code, container closure, etc.
- Perform GMP/hygiene inspections based on GMP and hygiene standards.
- Correct GMP/hygiene violations and report to production supervisor and/or QA Manager.
- Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, including pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
- Perform ATP tests and environmental swabbing.
- Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees' hygiene conditions.
- Record the results of inspections and communicate with Production Supervisor.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according to QA/QC work instructions.
- Take samples when needed according to the receiving manual.
- Organize and update Raw Material Manual, receiving records, and COAs from suppliers.
- Hard skills: inspecting, operating, measurements.
