Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Sales Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders for cross-docking items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Source products at the lowest possible price while maintaining the highest quality standards, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock.
  • Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to communicate with store personnel, provide support, and ensure quality and quantity of incoming products meet our standards.
  • Delivery and Inventory Management: Work with warehouse employees and suppliers to resolve delivery problems, back-orders, and product returns, and manage produce inventories in refrigerated storage.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with completing new item forms and sales templates for seasonal and special projects, and provide administrative support for the produce department.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze purchases and sales data to inform inventory management and purchasing decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in low temperatures.
  • Experience: Entry to 1 year of work experience, with bilingual skills in English and Korean language preferred.
