Key Responsibilities:

1. **Student Oversight:** Monitor students during meal times, breaks, and other school activities to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
2. **Rule Enforcement:** Uphold school policies and foster a culture of respect and cooperation among students.
3. **Safety Assurance:** Implement safety protocols and report any suspicious activities on school premises.
4. **Emergency Response:** Collaborate with authorized personnel during emergencies and follow established communication protocols regarding student behavior.
5. **Behavior Management:** Utilize Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
6. **Collaboration:** Maintain open communication with teaching staff and supervisors regarding any incidents or concerns involving students.

Qualifications:

- Experience in supervising children in an educational setting.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Mandarin are preferred.
- Successful completion of TB and fingerprint clearance is required.

Work Schedule:

The position requires availability during morning and early afternoon hours, with specific shifts assigned to ensure effective supervision.
