Job Description

Future CDJR of Fairfield is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily activities, coaching and developing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales team members to achieve individual success and job satisfaction.
  • Assist the General Sales Manager in implementing processes and creating an atmosphere that leads to complete customer satisfaction.
  • Manage trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new and used vehicles, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Establish sales quotas for sales personnel based on their individual skill levels.
  • Stay current with sales management best practices through the use of computer systems and attend relevant training sessions.
  • Supervise employees to ensure facilities are clean and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Valid Sales license.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Understanding of business terminology and ability to stay up-to-date with technology changes in products and services.
  • Ability to follow lawful directions from supervisors and understand and follow work rules and procedures.
  • Participation in performance management and ability to interact well with others and positively influence employee morale.
  • Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
  • Work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required.
