Job Summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee client programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. This role requires a deep understanding of campaign execution, timeline creation, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project lifecycle, ensuring fact sheets are received and vetted prior to project kickoff.
  • Organize creative briefing kick off meetings and ensure all stakeholders are represented.
  • Review deliverables at Strategy & Creative Review meetings and weekly Business Unit Team Meetings.
  • Manage project change orders and ensure all program/campaign tactics are approved by LP/Legal.
  • Flag project scope creep and ensure all project & program external costs are accurately represented in Workfront.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate marketing with a focus on developing marketing strategies and overseeing tactical execution.
  • Experience managing/overseeing at least one direct report.
  • Preferred experience with in-house creative agency or marketing/advertising.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced project management skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of studio/graphic arts and creative workflow processes.
  • Strong working knowledge and proven experience with print production processes and techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge and proven experience with digital development and production processes and techniques.
