Job Summary

Talent Corps is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth distribution of information across supervisors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Collection: Assist in the collection of time from supervisors to ensure accurate and timely payment to field employees.
  • Inbox Management: Ensure all information sent to operations email is distributed to the appropriate team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, manage email correspondence, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Client and Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and professionally to candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships is at the core of this role, requiring approachability, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: The ability to adapt, think critically, and find solutions is crucial in the dynamic world of staffing and clients.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients is vital.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is critical in maintaining accurate records, preparing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth sign-in process for payroll.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborative skills, including the ability to coordinate, are essential.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems or experience in managing candidate and client relationships through a CRM platform is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
