Court Specialist

Osceola County, FL is seeking a highly skilled Court Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Public Safety department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our correctional facilities.

The Court Specialist will be responsible for processing all court orders received from the courts, calculating and reviewing inmate release calendars, and performing a wide variety of routine clerical duties. This includes processing inmate paperwork, reviewing court cases, and maintaining accurate records.

• Process all court orders received from the courts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate and review inmate release calendars to ensure compliance with court orders.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including processing inmate paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Review court cases and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inmate releases and court orders.

• Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business/Public Administration, Social Services, or related field.
• Two years of experience in Criminal Justice, preferably in Pre-Trial Release, Probation, or Inmate Records.
• FCIC/NCIC certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
