About the Role

SitelogIQ is a leading provider of energy and facility services, dedicated to creating sustainable and efficient building environments. We're seeking a highly skilled Development Engineer to join our team in the Midwest Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer facilities to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address energy and operational performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate technical and financial components of projects, including cost and savings estimates.
  • Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers, providing expert guidance on building systems and infrastructure.
  • Mentor and train Development Engineers and new employees to ensure knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in energy engineering, facilities engineering, or design engineering.
  • Technical College Degree or equivalent.
  • Professional Engineer License preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • General computer skills and proficiency on smartphone and tablet devices.
