Job Overview

Strata Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and training AI models for our HazardAI product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines for training AI models
  • Develop and deploy computer vision algorithms for object detection and location
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems with other product features
  • Conduct research and development to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI models
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in computer science or related field
  • Strong background in training computer vision AI models
  • Expertise in Linux platforms and strong coding skills in Python and C
  • Familiarity with OpenCV and other CV algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with NVIDIA Jetson devices
  • Prior experience with CUDA and PyTorch/TensorFlow
  • Industry experience training and deploying models in the field
  • Previous stereo vision experience
Working Conditions

Canonsburg, PA

Travel requirements: up to 10% of the time

Physical demands: general physical exertions, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting materials or equipment

Work environment: common office environment adjacent to warehouse space used for product testing
