Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Expert to join our team at Innovation Works, Inc. as we pioneer the use of computer vision and AI in indoor farming.

About the Role

As a Machine Learning Expert, you will play a critical role in designing and building our foundational data pipelines, processes, and models. You will apply innovative concepts from computer vision to understand, predict, and control plant growth, leveraging deep learning and computer vision models to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy computer vision models to detect and classify plants
  • Build and curate large training datasets for CV models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our farming operations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with deep learning and computer vision models
  • Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-image)
  • Knowledge of image segmentation, image classification, and depth estimation tasks
  • Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS S3, Lambda)
