About the Role

As the Executive Support Specialist at Mercor, you will be responsible for a variety of strategic, operational, and administrative functions that drive our company's growth. This multifaceted role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, tackle diverse challenges with appropriate urgency, and support all stakeholders at Mercor in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
  • Event Planning: Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact executive productivity.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
  • Travel Management: Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Background & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations or as an EA, preferably in a fast-growing startup
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software (i.e., Notion, G-Suite)
